How do we schedule shoots?You’ll receive a shared calendar link after signing up, where you can select your preferred shoot dates based on availability.

Who owns the videos we produce?You do! All final deliverables are fully owned by your business. We may showcase select videos in our portfolio (with your permission).

Can I pause my service temporarily?We offer one hold per year (up to 30 days) for 12-month clients. Let us know in advance to make arrangements.

What happens if I miss a scheduled shoot?Shoots missed without 48 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate emergencies.

What if I need more videos than my plan includes?Additional videos can be added at a discounted rate. Contact us for bulk add-on pricing.

Can you post the videos for me?Yes—posting support is included in Tiers 2 and 3. For Tier 1, we provide all files and captions for you to post.

Can I switch tiers after signing up?Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades can be made at the end of your contract period.

How long does it take to get my videos?Your edited videos are typically delivered within 7 business days of your shoot.
